Step 1 — check the status in Billing → Withdrawal list.
- Pending, payment Thursday not reached yet → nothing is wrong. Payouts go out on the Thursday of the second week after the request week (see When will I get paid).
- Pending, that Thursday has passed (allow 1–2 days) → write to support (below).
- Declined → the amount is back on your balance. Read the decline email, fix the billing profile, request again.
- Paid → we've sent it. Allow: SWIFT up to 5 business days, PayPal/Capitalist same day, crypto up to a few hours. Then continue to step 2.
Step 2 — check on your side
- Bank transfer: ask your bank whether an incoming SWIFT payment is on hold for compliance — this is the most common cause; they may need the invoice (download it from Withdrawal list) and a description of the service ("affiliate marketing commission").
- PayPal: check Activity for a payment awaiting acceptance; check that the email in your billing profile is exactly your PayPal email.
- Crypto: verify the address and network in your billing profile match your wallet; look up the transaction by address in a block explorer.
- Received less than the invoice? That's a third-party fee — see Fees.
Step 3 — contact support (how) with: invoice number, withdrawal date, amount, method, and — for bank transfers — a statement or the bank's message. Indoleads is not a financial institution: first ask your bank exactly which document it needs to locate the incoming payment. We can always give you the invoice; a bank payment confirmation is requested from our bank only in exceptional cases.
Payment returned by your bank? Sanctions/compliance rejections happen with some banks in some countries. In that case the withdrawal becomes Declined, funds return to your balance, and we recommend switching to a different method (crypto or Capitalist have no country restrictions).
