Short answer: payouts go out on Thursdays. All requests made during one week (Monday–Sunday) are paid on the Thursday of the second week after that. Example: any request from Mon 17 to Sun 23 August → paid Thursday 3 September. The invoice due date (14 business days from the invoice date, Malaysian business calendar) is the formal deadline — open Billing → Withdrawal list → Download invoice to see it.
How the timeline works:
- Requests are grouped by calendar week (Mon–Sun, MYT time). Whether you request on Monday or Sunday makes no difference — the payout Thursday is the same. A request on Monday of the next week moves the payout one Thursday later.
- After we send the payment, the bank/PayPal/network needs time to deliver: SWIFT 1–5 business days, PayPal usually same day, crypto within an hour, Capitalist same day.
- Public holidays in Malaysia shift the dates.
Due date passed and nothing arrived? Check Withdrawal list: status Paid means we've sent it — see Money didn't arrive. Status Pending past due date — write to support with the invoice number.
"My conversions are approved but I still can't withdraw" — approved ≠ ready. Approved earnings go through Indoleads' hold (~30 business days) before they become Ready to withdraw. See Balance statuses and Hold period.
