How to delete my account

There is no self-service delete button. Write to publishers@indoleads.com from the email registered on the account with the subject "Delete my account" and your username. We'll confirm by email and delete the account; you'll receive a final notification "Indoleads — user deleted".

Before you ask:

• Withdraw your balance first. Deletion is irreversible; unwithdrawn funds can't be paid out later. If the balance is below the minimum, it's forfeited on deletion.
• Tracking links stop working immediately — remove them from your sites and posts, otherwise your users land on error pages.
• Pending conversions won't be paid.

Want to just pause? You don't need to delete: simply stop sending traffic. Note the 6-month rule for unwithdrawn funds.

Personal data: on deletion we remove your profile data; financial records (invoices) are kept as long as accounting law requires.
