My account was suspended — why, and what to do

Modified on Mon, 17 Aug at 11:07 PM

You receive an email "Indoleads — account suspension" and can no longer log in. Accounts are suspended for three reasons:

  1. Systematic violation of an advertiser's traffic-source rules — more than 3 confirmed violations (forbidden traffic type, brand bidding where it's forbidden, wrong GEO, misleading creatives). Each violation is reported by the advertiser and recorded; the first ones come with a warning.
  2. Cookie stuffing — one confirmed case is enough. Forced clicks, hidden iframes/redirects, injecting our tracking cookie without a real user click. No warning, permanent.
  3. Ignoring warnings — after two unanswered contact attempts from your manager or the compliance team about a problem with your traffic (missed calls, no reply to emails), the account is suspended until you respond.

Related, less common: duplicate accounts (one publisher — one account), fake or unverifiable traffic sources, self-purchases.

What to do

  1. Read the suspension email — the reason is stated.
  2. Reply to it (or write to publishers@indoleads.com) from your registered address. If it was ignored warnings — just get in touch and answer the questions; if it was traffic rules — describe your sources honestly and send evidence (placements, analytics, landing pages).
  3. Compliance reviews and either reinstates the account or confirms the suspension. Earnings from confirmed violations are not paid; the rest of the balance is handled per the outcome.

Cookie-stuffing suspensions and repeated advertiser complaints are final.
