How do payouts work at Indoleads? (step by step)

Your commissions accumulate on your Indoleads balance. To receive them, go through four steps once, then only repeat step 3.

1. Create a billing profile — Billing → Billing profiles → Create. Choose a withdrawal method (bank transfer, card, PayPal, Capitalist, crypto), fill in the details, confirm with your 2FA code. See How to create a billing profile.

2. Wait for approval. Our finance team checks the profile; your account manager may email you to confirm the details. Usually around 2 weeks. You'll get an email with the result.

3. Request a withdrawal — Billing → Request withdrawal, or click Withdraw next to a currency balance in the Balance pop-up. Only funds with status Ready to withdraw can be requested, and the amount must meet the minimum for your method (see limits). An invoice is generated automatically.

4. Get paid. Payouts go out on Thursdays: requests made in a given week (Mon–Sun) are paid on the Thursday of the second week after. The invoice due date (14 business days, Malaysian calendar) is the formal deadline. Track the status in Billing → Withdrawal list.
