Conversion statuses explained

Modified on Mon, 17 Aug at 11:07 PM

Every conversion in Reports → Conversions log has one of these statuses:

StatusMeaningWhat happens next
PendingRecorded, waiting for the advertiser to validate (order not cancelled/returned, lead is real, traffic rules respected).Becomes Approved or Declined at the end of the advertiser's hold period.
ApprovedAdvertiser confirmed it. Payout is added to your Approved balance.Goes through Indoleads' validation cycle (~30 business days), then becomes withdrawable.
DeclinedAdvertiser rejected it. No payout.Final. Typical reasons: order cancelled/refunded, duplicate, fraud/self-purchase, forbidden traffic type, out of GEO. You can ask your manager for the reason if the advertiser provided one.
Overage (overaged)Approved but above the offer's cap.Usually not paid, unless the advertiser agrees to pay over cap.
PaidIncluded in a payout that was withdrawn.Final.

The advertiser decides Pending → Approved/Declined; Indoleads can't approve a conversion on the advertiser's behalf. If a conversion is stuck in Pending well past the advertiser's stated hold, see Pending too long.
