Validating conversions: how to approve or decline, and by when

Modified on Mon, 17 Aug at 11:06 PM

Every tracked conversion arrives as Pending. You decide whether it's paid.

Where: your dashboard → Reports → Conversions log. Filter by offer, publisher, date, status, conversion ID or click ID → Update. Each row shows Click ID, Txn ID, Publisher ID, offer, click time, conversion time, sale amount, GMV/payout, publisher source — and Approve / Decline buttons.

Three ways to validate

  1. In the dashboard — row by row, or filter + bulk.
  2. By postback — resend the acquisition URL with status=approved / status=declined and the same txn_id.
  3. By file — send your manager a monthly reconciliation (order ID, status, amount); we apply it.

When: within the hold period set on your offer (typically 30–45 days; longer for travel/high-return categories). There is no automatic approval: conversions you never validate stay Pending and unpaid, and it's your publishers who lose out — they see the same statuses and chase us. Validating on a fixed monthly schedule saves everyone tickets. (For selected VIP publishers Indoleads may pay on approval under individual terms — that's between us and them and doesn't change your obligations.)

Decline reasons to keep publishers' trust: cancelled/refunded order, duplicate txn_id, fraud/self-purchase, test order, forbidden traffic type, outside GEO. Add the reason where possible — we pass it on.

Approved = payable. Approved conversions are invoiced to you per your billing cycle; publishers are paid after our own validation cycle.
