How to create a billing profile

Modified on Mon, 17 Aug at 11:05 PM

Go to Billing → Billing profiles → Create a new billing profile, choose the withdrawal method and click Next. Fill in every field marked with *, then confirm with your 2FA code and press Save. Without a billing profile you can't generate tracking links or withdraw.

Bank transfer / Debit or credit card

  • Choose profile type: Personal or Business (the form is the same).
  • Works with regular banks and with Wise, Revolut and other digital banks — in any currency they support.
  • Bank name, account holder (exactly as in the bank), account number, SWIFT/BIC, bank address.
  • IBAN is mandatory for Europe and the Middle East.
  • Intermediary bank — fill in if your bank gives one; otherwise write N/A.
  • Get SWIFT/IBAN/intermediary details from your bank's website or support — we can't look them up for you.

PayPal

  • Your PayPal ID = the email your PayPal account is registered to.
  • Upload a screenshot of your PayPal profile page showing that email (PayPal → Settings → Update).

Capitalist

  • Fiat account number for the currency you want to receive (a USD account looks like U12345678).
  • Upload a screenshot from Capitalist → Fiat accounts showing that number.

Crypto (USDT only)

  • We pay USDT on Ethereum (ERC20), Tron (TRC20), TON or Solana — any wallet works (Trust Wallet, Binance, MetaMask, Tonkeeper, Phantom…). Select the network, paste the wallet address for that network, and upload a screenshot from your wallet's Receive screen showing the same address and network. Other coins (USDC, BTC, ETH) are not paid.

Screenshot rules: don't crop or blur anything — we compare the screenshot with the form to catch typos. Wrong data = payment bounces and you wait another cycle.
