I made a sale but the conversion is missing — what to check and what to send

First, check these on your side (most cases are resolved here):

  1. Timing. Conversions can appear with a delay — from minutes to 24–72 hours for some advertisers, longer for app installs and travel bookings (some report only after the trip/checkout). Wait at least 24 hours.
  2. Was the click recorded? Reports → Clicks log — filter by offer and date. No click = the tracking link wasn't used, or the user blocked it (ad-blocker, private mode).
  3. Cookie lifetime. If the user bought after the cookie expired (offer page shows it), the sale isn't attributed.
  4. Last click wins. If the user clicked another affiliate's link or a coupon site after yours, the sale went there.
  5. Traffic rules. Forbidden traffic type, wrong GEO, self-purchase — advertisers filter these out silently.
  6. Deeplink to a non-affiliate page. Some advertisers exclude certain categories or marketplaces sellers.
  7. Own test purchases are usually not tracked (same device/IP as link generation).

If it's still missing, contact support (how) with ALL of this:

  • Offer name and ID
  • Click ID (from Clicks log) or click date/time and your source
  • Order/transaction number, order date, order amount and currency
  • Screenshot or PDF of the order confirmation
  • Your tracking link (with subIDs, if used)

We forward this to the advertiser as a conversion inquiry. The advertiser decides; the answer typically takes 1–4 weeks and can be "not found / attributed to another channel". Inquiries without an order number can't be checked.
