Are there any restrictions or limitations for different withdrawal options?

Wire transfer

Available for banks and fintechs with SWIFT Code (Revolut, Wise EU & UK, etc.).

Amount limits: from 100 USD to 15,000 USD. 

Restrictions for particular countries:

• Russia

For this withdrawal method, Russian publishers are allowed only with the status of legal entity, individual entrepreneur or self-employed (ООО, ИП, Самозанятый). In order to receive the payment, a Russian publisher should provide the Russian legal entity with the following documents:

1. The original agreement is sent by the personal manager and is signed by both parties on paper or via Kontur.Diadok. That is provided only once for all subsequent payments;

2. The original act is signed by both parties on paper or via Kontur.Diadok. That is provided per each payment;

3. Invoice for payment, signed by the Publisher. That is provided per each payment.

If the publisher’s billing profile country is set for one of the above countries, withdrawal using wire transfer isn’t available.

Debit/Credit Card

Amount limits: from 100 USD to 15,000 USD.

Restrictions for particular countries:

• Russia

The procedure is the same as for the Wire transfer method. 

• Afghanistan, Belarus, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Somali, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen

If the publisher’s billing profile country is set for one of the above countries, withdrawal to a debit/credit card isn’t available.

PayPal

Amount limits: from 50 USD to 5,000 USD. 

Restrictions for particular countries:

• Afghanistan, Belarus, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somali, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen

If the publisher’s billing profile country is set for one of the above countries, withdrawal to PayPal isn’t available.

Capitalist

Amount limits: the minimum is 50 USD, no maximum.

Cryptowallet

Withdrawals available only in USDC (ERC20 Ethereum) and USDT (TRC20 TRON). 

Amount limits: the minimum is 50 USDT, no maximum.

Restrictions for particular countries: none.
