Why my tracking link doesn't work (and what to do)

"It doesn't open / shows an error when I click it myself"

• Many advertisers block clicks from the same device/IP that generated the link, or from your own country if it's outside the offer's GEO. Test from another device/network or a VPN in a target GEO, or ask your manager to check.
• The offer may be paused or the landing page changed — check Reports → Dead links report and the offer status.

"It doesn't open for my users"

• Wrong GEO — the offer is only available in listed countries; other users see an error or the advertiser's home page.
• Advertiser-side outage — tell your manager, we'll check.
• Deeplink to a page the advertiser doesn't accept — try the link without deeplink.

"It redirects to the home page instead of my product page"

• The offer doesn't support deeplinking (offer page → Deeplinking: No), or the deeplink URL wasn't saved — regenerate (how).

"Facebook / Instagram / Telegram / WhatsApp marks the link as spam or blocks it"
Social networks periodically block short-link domains. Re-generate the link on the platform — tracking domains rotate, and a fresh link is issued on a currently clean domain (the slug stays the same, only the domain changes). If the new domain is blocked too, ask your manager for an alternative tracking domain. Don't publish lists of our domains anywhere — that's what gets them blocked.

"Clicks are not recorded" — ad-blockers and privacy browsers can block the redirect. Also check you're using the generated link, not the advertiser's URL. Try Parallel tracking if you can add a script to your page.
